Licking County Foundation is excited to welcome Bobby Persinger to the team as our Program Officer, Grants and Capacity Building. Bobby will oversee our strategic grantmaking as well as programming “beyond the check” to help strengthen Licking County’s hardworking nonprofit organizations.
Amy Dell continues in an expanded role as Program Officer, Scholarships and Education. The expansion of these important programs will help the Foundation continue to meet Licking County's wide-ranging and rapidly-changing needs as our community continues to grow.
Bobby, a Newark resident, comes to LCF from the Fairfield County Health Department, where he served in several leadership capacities, including administrating the Department’s grant program. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he holds several professional counseling certifications. Prior to his role with Fairfield County, he served as deputy executive director of the Prevention Action Alliance in Columbus, Ohio and director of the Center for Prevention Services at Pathways of Central Ohio, a nonprofit, social service agency based in Licking County that serves 10 counties with a crisis hotline, information and referral, and mental, emotional and behavioral health services.
Bobby was no stranger to the Licking County Foundation. He partnered with LCF previously, helping to launch the Foundation’s Youth Philanthropy of Licking County (YPLC) program while managing the Youth Leadership Council of Licking County at Pathways.
Bobby looks forward to learning more about and collaborating with Licking County’s vibrant nonprofit community. You can reach Bobby at 740.349.3863 x113.
