Simplifying Giving – Creating Impact
Donors establish advised funds when they wish to actively participate in the grant activity of the fund. Licking County Foundation offers two types of these advised funds, Donor Advised Funds (DAF) and Community Charitable Funds (CCF). These funds provide flexibility and convenience for a donor’s charitable giving in their community.
Donors of advised funds offer recommendations to the Foundation regarding the recipients and grant amounts from the fund. These recommendations follow certain guidelines and are approved by the Foundation’s Governing Committee. Licking County Foundation staff can answer questions about our local organizations and help donors of advised funds learn about the programs and activities that can benefit from their support.
