Dean Busack, Financial Officer

Dean Busack became the Financial Officer at the Licking County Foundation in January, 2016. He is responsible for coordinating all the financial policies and procedures of the Foundation. Prior to joining LCF, Dean was the controller at Tencate Advanced Armor. He previously worked as an auditor with Wilson Shannon & Snow Inc., CPAs, taught accounting at Franklin University, and owned and operated a retail tire and auto service shop in Bellaire, Ohio. Dean is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Dean resides in Newark with his wife Jessica and two children, Isabella and Andrew. He is actively involved in his church, serving on the family ministries team and playing the drums with the praise and worship team. He serves as a trustee for the Canal Market District and Enterprise Hub. When it is sunny and warm, he enjoys skydiving and riding his motorcycle.

Dean said that it has been a pleasure to see, first-hand, the generosity of the people in Licking County with both their time and their treasure, and it is a privilege to be a steward of those resources to help benefit everyone in the community.
