Nationally regarded as a leading training in the field of Allyship, this signature training from Service Never Sleeps (SNS) is designed to provide the tools you need to be an ally to Black, Indigenous, people of color and other marginalized people. Conducted via Zoom, this training is a total of 7 hours, presented in two 3.5 hour sessions on consecutive days.

The SNS virtual Allyship training is an intensive, fast-paced webinar series designed to explore how to understand and utilize individual and collective areas of social privilege to advance racial justice through an intersectional lens. Using SNS’ CLAIM framework (Care, Learn, Act, Influence, Maintain), this training will explore what it means to adopt an Allyship lifestyle.

This workshop will equip participants with tools to be an active ally for racial justice by learning how to

  • Name privilege
  • Center Black, Indigenous, and people of color
  • Navigate intersectionality across identities
  • Influence others, and
  • Continue your own self-work journey of Allyship discovery

Participants will leave this workshop committed to the Allyship lifestyle, and prepared to facilitate change in all areas of life.
