Building Resilience: Well-Being for Nonprofit Professionals
People who work in helping professions often feel a call to serve. While this sense of purpose can make the work very fulfilling, the work itself can often be rife with challenges and there can be an emotional cost to caring so much. But we can learn to understand that impact and to care sustainably.
This workshop will
• Guide participants to recognize and identify drivers of burnout
• Provide a roadmap to resilience across the span of a career
• Offer both individual and system-level strategies
• Explore common roadblocks that impede our ability to follow through
Join us to kick off another year of learning together with this special session focused on ways we can take care of ourselves and take care of our organizations by incorporating what we learn into our personal and professional lives.
