About Our Speaker, Andrea Hoff, MPA, GPC, OCPC, ICPS:
Andrea Hoff is the Owner & President of You Thrive Training & Consulting, LLC, specializing in behavioral health prevention, government and nonprofit leadership, and grant writing. With nearly 30 years in behavioral health and over 25 years in grant seeking, she holds certifications as an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant (OCPC), International Certified Prevention Specialist (ICPS), and Grant Professional Certified (GPC). Andrea’s experience spans nonprofit leadership, grants administration, and public funding, giving her insight as both a grant seeker and grant maker. A former Vice President of Grants Administration & Quality Assurance, she has secured nearly $56 million in funding for health and social services. She is also the Past President of the Grant Professionals Association, Miami Valley Chapter, and earned her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Dayton, graduating summa cum laude.
